Upgraded my Spectrum cable internet from 15 MB's to 200. My Nighthawk app Speedtest shows I am getting around 190. All of my devices show that I am still only getting around 18. iMac (wired) iPhone, iPad. This is the same as before I upgraded. Where do I start troubleshooting. Must be some setting in the router I need to change.? Thanks

sounds like you might have some old qos settings running. I've heard of them being retained even after being disabled and a reboot.
Some have needed to factory reset and reinstall.
What firmware are you on?
What modem are you connecting to? (model)

Re: Devices not getting the speed that R700P is getting.
Yes, it was qos. Spectrum tech was out for 2 hours and didn't have a clue. He finally gave up and said good luck. I did some more digging and discovered it was restraining the old slow qos settings. Did speed test within the router login interface and applied the new settings. Now getting speeds of around 190 down and 11 up. Thanks for your help.
