Firewall Settings not shown on R7500

I'm trying to add exceptions for outbound TCP connections on ports 443 and 61614 to a specific application and domain name in the Router configuration for R7500, but not seeing "firewall settings". I see "port forwarding/triggering", but not an option to add the domain name for application. I've read that "port forwarding" is a type of inbound thing. Is it the same for creating outbound exceptions?
Current router firware version V1.0.0.94
Thanks in advance for suggestions/helpful info.
