IInternet Usage by Device not working - R7900
Hello,
I have someone on my home network who is using 50+GB of data per day and I need to know who's device it is so I can talk to them about it.
I have enabled Dynamic QoS and when I select the link that says "click here to see bandwidth utilization by device and application", It shows the connected devices but the upload and download speeds are all at 0.00MBPS.
I have the R7900 on Firmware version V1.4.3.88_1.3.50. I have included a screenshot below for reference. Clicking refresh, etc does nothing.
Has anyone come across this with a solution that works?

Re: IInternet Usage by Device not working - R7900
Apparently, it only shows a snapshot of the bandwidth usage by device. hitting the refresh button will take another snapshot. it doesn't track cumulative usage by device, only the current Mbps by device. Also, you might change the priority. Do this by clicking on the check box by the device name, the scroll to the top and select "edit". If you find the culprit, you can give them a low QoS priority. I'm frustrated by the same issue and wish netgear would allow admins to set a duration of time to accumulate total data usage by device.

Interesting, I know that when I clicked on it, there were at least two people streaming either Netflix or something else which makes me think it is not taking a snapshot at all.
