Is the "AC2350 4X4 (R7500v2) " actually a new version of the 7800?

I was looking to buy an R7800 router and checking Amazon for prices. Under the item, Amazon asserts that there's a new version of the R7800, but it's actually what it calls an R7500v2.
I can't find an R7500, let alone a version 2, on the Netgear web site.
My instinct is to ignore Amazon and just buy the R7800, but I want to ask here first. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Yes @TheEther is correct that Amazon has mistakenly listed the R7500v2 SKU as the replacement to the R7800. The reason this is so i due to incorrect info given to Amazon by Netgear marketing. Amazon needed a new SKU for the R7500v2 (and not use the old R7500 SKU) for it's July Amazon Prime day when it had the R7500v2 on special. However, @TheEther is mistaken that they R7500v2 was released AFTER the R7800. The R7500v2 was first shipped to retailers in the Netgear Authorized Reseller distribution program in October 2015. The R7800 arrived to channel program partners in January 2016.
