Lost Networks
So I've had this R6400v2 for about a year and it's worked flawlessly. This afternoon when I got home, it was working normal. About 2 hours later I had no internet. When searching my networks, my main 2.4 and 5g which were named were no longer showing up on the list. What's weird is the two that were showing up now was the default Netgear 78 and Netgear 78 5g. I restarted the router and my networks were not there. I did a factory reset and couldn't even get it to get past the searching for internet. I had a throw down router that worked and it also worked when plugging the ethernet cable straight into the computer. Any ideas???
Thanks in advance.

Re: Lost Networks
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
When you factory reset, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on?
You're able to access the router through the browser, it just won't setup the internet connection?

No Internet or no wifi?
What did the LEDs on the R6400v2 show?
Were the wifi LEDS on? Did you check that the wifi on/off switch was still on?
