My R8000P access issues
Dear All Good day.
I have a Nighthawk R8000P router since 2019 and I was very pleased with it.
Since i update with latest firmware then my problems started.
Since I work from home due to Covid, I use LogMeIn Client to access Office server, after installing the new firmware the router blocks the access.
If I try to connect thru wifi I have first to make my cell phone hot spot, connect via logmein and then connect to routers wifi and continue work.
Same if I try to connect thru my desktop.
First, I have to put the lan cable to modem directly log thru logmein and then put back lan cable to router to continue work.
I have tried to re-install firmware two times without any changes.
Last another thing that i have notice at the attached devices section all my connected devises show 0,0 Internet s[eed usage although are online using internet access.
Pls can anyone assist me???

1. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. what firmware version did you install? (a number not "the latest")
3. Do you have ipv6 enabled? (if not, enable it and reboot the router and devices)
4. since the problem happened after an update, did you try a factory reset and reinstall?

Dear Sir
Route is connected to a ZTE ZXHN H267N modem
Routers Firmware Installed is V1.4.2.84_1.3.42
I have enabled IPV6 (select Auto Detect since my knowledge is poor and Pass Thru was selected).
After your guidance, the problem was solved.
Only the Internet Speed at the Device Connected still shows 0.00
