Netgear Night Hawk R8000 Guest 2.4GHZ same SSID problem

The last two update of the firmware for the Night Hawk R8000 cause the Guest bands of 2.4 and 5 GHZ can not assigned the same Guest Wireless Name SSID.  Once I tried to set all three bands on the same SSID,  the router gives and error of dulplicate SSID name.  Does anyone have a solution or away arround it?  Thanks.

Hi lucrenet,

This is normal since those networks are intended to have different network names. This is to identify as well as to which network you are connected.
