Netgear Nighthawk R6900v2 Transmit Power
I see the setting to change transmit power... but it is given in terms of percentage. Default is 100%. What is the value of 100% in dBm for a Netgear Nighthawk R6900v2?

"dBm" as measured by what, where? Normally, a factor of two in power
corresponds to about 3dB.
Is there some actual problem which you are trying to solve?

Re: Netgear Nighthawk R6900v2 Transmit Power
1) 100% transmit power of 2.4 GHz signal
2) 100% transmit power of 5 Ghz signal
Do you know their values?

No. I'd guess that they're close to the maximum permitted by the
relevant regulations. If I really wanted to know, then I might open the
box, identify the radio modules, and try to find their specs. Assuming
that you want the final-stage input power, and not what actually leaves
the antenna.

Still wondering.

Re: Netgear Nighthawk R6900v2 Transmit Power
I flashed dd-wrt custom firmware. The default settings in dd-wrt are 20 dBm for both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signals. I'm just trying to change those values so it is equivalent to the netgear "100% transmit power".
I'm also debating just going back to stock netgear firmware, but I need to find the initial release of Netgear Nighthawk r6900v2 firmware. On the netgear website, the previous releases section only goes back to 1.1.0.24. Which doesn't seem like the initial release.
