Hi,
I have an issue and I was hoping if you could help as I called netgear but I’m going in circles.
My old device which was replaced by netgear via the RMA in February 2021 stopped working and it’s not turning on and the warranty on the new device was registered on the old serial number instead of the new one I received.
So the old device which netgear has warranty instead of the new device which is an issue as the new one is not working but as the warranty information was given to the wrong serial number netgear is getting confused and can’t issue the RMA due to warranty issue being misplaced.
I was given this case number by an agent to provide: xxxxxx
