Nighthawk X6 firmware upgrade issues

• I logged into my router online. I've trIed to do the firmware upgrade and it went through the process. It never rebooted the router. How do I figure out why this is happening and how do I get this firmware upgrade to go through?

What firmware are you trying to install? 

What version of firmware are you on currently? 

Did you try installing it manually? or using the automatic installer?
