Nighthawk r7000 internet issue
I purchased this router with the Netgear CM1000 modem to replace my ISP modem/router setup. I have been using for the past few months since December but in the past three weeks all of a sudden my internet signal just completely drops. The WIFI drops first, but the wired connections are still working sort of.
I have checked the router settings, made sure to check the latest firmware and confirmed no outages with my ISP service, but it still just somehow drops connection. With the ISP modem/router I never lost signal unless I forgot to pay bill, but I thought this setup would be better for my WFH needs. I need to know why this is happening and if this issue allows for a warranty replacement.

"check" _how_, exactly? (Trust no one, I always say. Also, "latest"
and "best" are spelled differently for a reason.)

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions. (In the User Manual, look for "firmware", and,
especially, for a topic like "Manually Upload Firmware to the Router".)
When that fails because of a deficient User Manual, try:

Go back to "Trust no one", and continue from there.
