Optimal Channel Selection for Crowded Wi-Fi Environments
I'm currently living in an area with many neighboring Wi-Fi networks, and I've noticed some interference on my network. I'm using a Netgear Wi-Fi router, and I'm wondering if there are any recommendations for selecting the best channel to minimize interference and optimize performance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Optimal Channel Selection for Crowded Wi-Fi Environments
what router do you have?
Benefit to a router with 5ghz is it doesn't broadcast as far or through as much materials.
So try to make sure as many devices as possible are on the 5ghz. They'll be faster and have less interference.
the only devices you should have on the 2.4ghz are IoT devices and slow devices not needing much bandwidth.
