PROBLEM WITH R7000
Hi there.
In the past I had programmed the router to be AP with IP 192.168.1.100.
suddenly turned on IP to 10.0.0.1 and is not connected to the peripheral WIFI's Appliances.
I tried many times, I did it HARD RESET but does not open the AP INTERFACE with typing 192.168.1.100 ( user & pass ) page to me with anything try, has take the 10.0.0.1 IP every time.
I want to reset and to tell to be AP interface but always fail. Can anyone explain to me why I can not? do i have to go back to an earlier update ?
Thanks

Re: PROBLEM WITH R7000
this was a bit disorganized to read.
1. you have the R7000 in AP mode?
2. What router is it connected to?
3. You have the primary router assigning a static ip address to the R7000?
4. You put your hard reset and that it "does not open the AP interface". After the reset, did you leave the R7000 disconnected from whatever is assigning IP address so you can get the proper address?

Re: PROBLEM WITH R7000
when you're putting the R7000 into access point mode, its the primary router that assigns ip addresses. Not the router in AP mode.
so when you factory reset the R7000, leave it disconnected from the Oxygen router, then access it and put it in AP mode.
Once in AP mode, it'll get an address from the Oxygen router.
You'll need to go into the oxygen router to assign it an static ip address. Not in the R7000.

Re: PROBLEM WITH R7000
Thanks for your quick replay.
When I had it in the IP 192.168.1.100 I logged in to interface , typing the IP in a browser , it opens a window with user and pass , and after cretendials he put me into interface like the photo. Now typing the IP 10.0.0.1 after reset, his page environment does not open to me.
I hope you understand what I mean.

Re: PROBLEM WITH R7000
Hello, thanks to reply me.
Yes , like a photo 1 ( 192.168.1.184 ) but if Ι go to this address, all it does is a new interface, without to give me options to settings τhte router (photo 2).
Thank you for your advice.
