Packet Loss
I WFH and have been having issues with Webex calls being crackling and nobody can understand me. My IT department have informed me that I am having packet loss and I was able to confirm that through packetlosstest.com. it varies and sometimes even goes to 100% loss. My work setup is hardwired to the router and I have multiple other devices on the wifi as well. Any recommendations on where to start to troubleshoot this.

What modem/gateway do you have?
You said your work equipment is all hardwired in?
What speeds do you pay for? (both upload and download)
Firmware on the router?
