Merci. Cordialement.

Re: Répéteur EX 6470 Débits internets
Its an expectation on how extenders work.
A single/dual band extender has to go router---->extender and then Extender---->device.
And it can't do both at once. So the speed gets but in half from what its receiving.
They work great at area's with dead spots but not so well on areas that still have coverage.

Re: Répéteur EX 6470 Débits internets
Good evening, thank you for the answer, if I understood correctly (I am French) if we are in an area too close to the network of the initial WIFI router, the repeater is useless?

Useless? No
But if you have a decent connection to the router at that point, its better to directly connect to it.
The Extender is going to add additional range or cover deadspots that can be created by materials in a home that block wifi

Re: Répéteur EX 6470 Débits internets
I understand but not very practical to use, maybe I need to move the repeater further away from the WIFI router? Thank you for your help.
