R6400v2 firmware bottlenecking internet
Hi all, Ive noticed that the router seems to be slowing down my internet speeds. I had a spectrum technician come in and he was able to test the speed off the modem. It showed 400+ speeds, but off the router, the speeds were considerably lower at 200+. I saw some forums where the R7000 firmware was causing issues in speed and imagine this could be the case for the R6400v2 as well. Has anyone else ran into this? Does anyone know what firmware I should download to get back my speed?
If not, @netgear please update the firmware so that this isnt an issue.
My router is setup with all 6e and 5e cables so it should have no problem.

Re: R6400v2 firmware bottlenecking internet
Are you using qos, access controls, parental controls, or traffic monitoring?
If so, factory reset the router and do a clean install of it (not using a backup).
Make sure to leave those disabled during the install.
what modem is it connected to?
what firmware version are you on?
