R6700
Router was working just fine yesterday. Woke up this morning and it was offline. Did a factory reset and still can’t connect to it. Spoke to my internet provider and everything was fine on their side. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but can’t reinstall because it does not connect to internet due to it being offline.

Re: R6700
What modem/gateway do you you have?
What firmware is on it?
How are you attempting to setup? using the app? have you tried using the browser?

I have a CM1000 modem. It’s on the newest firmware that just updated. I was trying to setup on browser on my phone but kept saying no internet connection was found.

Which panel lights are on? Did you have it set to do updates automatically?

The first thing to do when that happens is to restart your network.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
This process has rescued many a "dead" network.
