R6700v3 and 1gig internet
I have Gig speed internet but the fastest speed that comes out of this router is no more than 200 Mbps even using the 5G. Is this right or should it be faster? Should I upgrade my router to a different model? What will get me closer to the speeds I'm paying for?

Re: R6700v3 and 1gig internet
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
For the most part, you'll never see anything near 900Mpbs on 5Ghz AC with this router. Wired you should see near 900Mpbs.
5Ghz AC caps out at around 300-500Mpbs depeneding upon device design and support and also router design and support and capabilities. If you want to see near 900Mpbs you'll need a new router with AX mode abilities and also need devices that support AX mode abiliites with 4x4 antenna MIMO support as well. 2x2 devices will max out at around 500-700Mpbs on 5Ghz AX. 4x4 devices you should see near 900Mpbs or over with a AX supporting router with higher connection rates:
