R6700v3 dropping wifi devices all of a sudden

I have had this router for about 1 and a half years and this last month a lot of my wifi devices around the house have started dropping off the network.  Its updated to the latest firmware anyone else have this issue?

What actual firmware version are you on? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

Did you recently update the firmware when this started? 

If so, I'd try a factory reset and new install (don't use a backup configuration)

Try the reset.

If it doesn't work let me know. 

Do wired devices drop as well or just wireless?

Just wireless and on both bands.
