R7000 GUest netowrk not obtaining ip address, secured connection works fine

Like the subject states. If I get on the secured wireless internet works fine. Guest account I can't access internet or get ip address. Just started today. Using firmware version V1.0.3.56_1.1.25.
I disabled and re enabled the guest accounts but did not fix.

reset to factory defaults and start over or try a newer FW version, there are 7 updated versions
