ReadyCloud problem

I have a R7000 and ReadyCloud is not working with my external HD via the application or web portal. It has worked in the past. When I try to browse, it just toggles back and forth between the router and the T Drive. Never browses down to the folders. I already upgraded to the netgear account. Tried to unregister the readycloud and re register to no avail. This is both frustrating and disappointing.
