R7000P 5ghz Band isnt working just after 2 days of Use !!!

Hi
I just bought a new R7000P router from ARGOS in UK and started to use it in Bangladesh. first 2 days were okay but from 3rd day the 5GHz stopeed working and i have tried several method advised by Customer support to get it back. I have failed and the customer agent told me to get a replacement.
Its very dissappointing and didnt expected it from NETGEAR....
Does anyone knows any other solution please !!!

It may of been a hardware failure as support suggested you will need to exchange it with the place you bought it or contact support again to start the RMA process.
