R8000 Updated to 1.0.4.76_10.1.82
Today, I updated from 1.0.4.68_10.1.75 to 1.0.4.76_10.1.82 on my R8000 WiFi Router. After the update was complete, I noticed that my desktop PC, that is directly connected to my router through a network cable, was experiencing issues. Zoom meetings were taking forever to connect, images sent through Facebook Messenger were stuck at 'Sending', and my OneDrive application was stuck at 'Signing In. I tried powering everything off for over a minute and turned everything back on. Nothing changed and the issues remained. So, I downgraded my firmware back to 1.0.4.68_10.1.75 and everything is working perfectly.
Anyone else experiencing connection issues with the latest firmware?
Thanks!

Did you factory reset the Router and setup from scratch after applying last version of FW?
If you look at this forum, you'll find various users posting with problems with recent FW. So you might keep FW loaded that works for you for now.

Thanks for the reply, FURRYe38!
I did not factory reset the router after upgrading the firmware. I had never had to do that before and to be honest, I pretty much use the router as is straight out of the box. It's in the middle of my workday at the moment, but this evening, I'll upgrade the firmware and factory reset to see if that solves the problems.
Thanks again!

Thank you for the reply plemans. I will try enabling IPV6 when I do my testing. There seems to be several 'Internet Connection Types' to choose from on the IPv6 page. I'm assuming Auto Detect would suffice to use?
Thanks!

try the auto detect. after it setups up ipv6, then reboot the devices and router.
See if that helps.
