I’ve tried factory resetting but the problem keeps coming back. Been like this all these years since I bought it when it was new. And with all that comes with resetting it, I’m rarely doing it anymore. Really frustrating, even more so when I wanted to buy a great machine and this cost 300$ and just letting me down.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Do you use Armor, Access Controls, Circle or Traffic Meter?
