Help. I just upgraded to comcast gigabit service. Now the Wan (rj45) ports don't work on R8000 Rounter (or on the cable Modem). Measured speed thru router's wifi is 170 Mips ( up fron 120 with 200MB service).
Comcast tech said someone might know of a fix for the poor WIFI performance. Is there one?
Also, is there a way to get both the WIFI and Wan( RJ45) to work?

Update: I paid for Netgear's extended service plan. They spent about 20 minutes and couldn't figure it out.
I replaced it with a Linksys router and service is working better. Both Enet and Wifi work. (600 mips and 300 mips, respectively)
