Is Smart Connect enabled on the router.
Do you see the 2.4Ghz LED ON or blinkining any top of the router?

Hi yes the router 2.4ghz light is on and shows as connected and working but won’t show up under networks. It should show up as Netgear 2.4ghz isn’t it ? Just like Netgear 5ghz

Re: R8000
If you have smart connect enabled, the 2.4ghz and 2x 5ghz bands will all show up under one ssid. (one network)
Devices will switch between the networks as needed.
You can disable it if you want so you can separate out the 3x networks.
