READYCLOUD Shows RAX120 offline
My ReadyCloud shows my NAS 214 online, however it shows my RAX120 router offline. I can access the files to the NAS over my network. And, it has to go through the RAX120 because it is connected via two bound ethernet cables to the router. So how can the router show offline when the NAS is using the router to have a connection to my network. And, as stated the NAS shows online and folders are accessible??????

Re: READYCLOUD Shows RAX120 offline
Hi Traceman,
Welcome to the Community!
The ReadyCLOUD might be disabled on the RAX120. You may check that by logging into the router's local admin page. Under the ReadyShare tab, ReadyCLOUD should be selected if you want the USB storage device connected to the RAX120 to be accessed via ReadyCLOUD.
