From your picture, you don't have anything plugged into the ethernet ports so they wouldn't be on. Same with the usb led's (nothings plugged in).
And if the wifi on/off button got pushed that could have the wifi lights off.
Push and hold wifi on/off for 2 seconds.
Does it work if you hardwire a device into it?

the wifi on/off is the 2nd button on the right side.
And from the looks of where that cable is and the fact that your internet is white (meaning connected/working) its for the wan port. Not a lan port.
