Hi,
I had to do some work at home and I turned off the router and disconnected from the socket for few hours.
When I plugged it back and started I noticed the router was reset, losing all my settings. Fortunately I have backups.
How it's possible?
It's not the first time it happens.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
the firmware version is V1.0.11.128_10.2.112.
It's connected to the modem hub of my italian internet provider (TIM).
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
No,
Usually I update the firmware and reboot the device. That's all and it works.
