Unable to find device previously connected
I received a notification that a micro dvr connected to my system, but if I click on devices, it’s not listed, nor do I know what this device is…can someone help?

Re: Unable to find device previously connected
What router do you have?
What firmware is on it?
Are you using armor or smart parental controls?
What is giving you that notice?

Re: Unable to find device previously connected
I have the nighthawk Version R7000
Firmware: v1.0.11.110_10.2.100
Armoris not active and no parental controls are active either.
It was a notification in the app that the divorce connected, but if I click on the “device details” it tells me to activate armor subscription.

Notification from what? A mobile app?
You get get a better idea of connected devices if you use the browser graphical user interface (GUI).
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Look for a section in the manual called something like View Attached Devices
