I've been searching all over trying to find the difference between the R8000 and the R8000-100NAS, and I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know if there are any actual differences between the models?
Thanks
CJ

-100 indicates that it's the first version and NAS indicates it is for the North American region. This is what you'd get in the US.
In Australia one would get the R8000-100AUS.

What is NAR in R8000-100NAS? Just saw a huge price drop in that model but not sure of its functionality
THanks

You mean NAS?
It is a "country code" that tells you where Netgear is selling it. NAS = North America.
The main difference between NAS and other versions is the Wi-Fi region. It will be locked to North America. Devices sold in other markets usually allow you to change the region.
