When I go into my router settings I find a lot of them grayed out. I cannot go into LAN settings or port forwarding and a lot of other settings. Why is this? Am I missing something?

> Model: WNDR3700v4|N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router
Is that accurate? Firmware version? Connected to what?

Is your router configured as a wireless access point?
On some models (firmware versions), that status is mentioned
prominently (in yellow?) near the model number on its management web
site pages. Otherwise, a "router" LAN IP address which does _not_ end
in ".1" might be a hint.
