problems
Hello,
i am writing because i do not have a disk drive for my usb for wifi and when i go to the page it tells me to go to i cant find the imfermation i am looking for i need to get this down loaded so i can use it as i need it for a job

We'd need more info to help.
You posted in the router section about a usb disc drive.
What actual device do you have? modem? router? usb wifi adapter?
most devices, you can download drivers/utiliies and install them without needing a usb drive/dvd/cd driver.
go to netgear.com/support/ type in your model number. It'll take you to the support site with drivers, firmware, guide, manuals.

This is just a wild guess based on knowing nothing about what you own.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Download whatever you are looking for to your device and install from there.
