In what way?

What do the LEDs on the front look like. Colour? (Red/White/Amber?) State? (On/Off/Flashing?)

What about the modem, if there is one?

No idea what those lights are. I don't recognise them from the manual.

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Check the section in the manual Troubleshoot With the LEDs.You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

Then there was my other question.

For the benefit of those of us who do not speak abbreviation, please use words that we can understand.

My model is NetgearAR50, Nighthawk R9000, cloudywindow 976. It is not sending signals at all. I pushed reset button. Now my NightHawk app doesn’t even recognize it...
