upgrade from my r7000 ac1900 to a newer router

I am currently using a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 Smart WiFi Router Ac1900. I have 2 PC's, 2 phones, 3 wireless battery operated cameras. We stream some movies with little or no problems via Hoopla. My router is installed on one side of my house and my cameras and PC's on the other end of the house 100’ away. We have had this configuration for about 12-15 years.

Off of my back side of my house where my router is and about 400’ away is my boat dock.

With a few trees between the house and the doc.

I can see a faint signal about ¾ of the way down (300') to the boat dock.

My question is, will either AX5400 RAX50, AX6000 RAX120 or a AX6600 RAX70 give me the coverage I am looking for to get coverage at my doc ?

Most likely no. At that range and distances, any wifi signal will be very weak if at all even connectable.

You'll need to get maybe into a wifi bridge that can get signal in between two points for that distance or put in some STP LAN cabling and put in a wired wireless AP at the remote location.
