Does performing a reboot helps with corrupted firmware? R7000

Hi, I tried to instal the new firmware and for some reason it didn't work. Now the power light is blinking and doesn't want to turn back on.
Would a factory reset also reinstal the original firmware?

No a reset will not reinstall the orginal firmware. Reset only clears the settings you have made. In your case you are probably a candidate for doing a tftp recovery. This is one example of how to to a tftp
