WiFi not Working
A few days ago my router’s WiFi stopping working. I factory did a factory reset, rebooted the device, unplugged everything and replugged it in, and made sure the WiFi on/off button was lit/ turned on. The Ethernet connection still works, but continues to drop in and out every few minutes. I signed into router login and saw that the WiFi option was set to off even with the physical button being set to on/ lit. Everytime I try to click on the wireless setting options on the basic and advanced menus an error message pops up saying “file no found.” How can I resolve this issue please?

What did you use to get at the router? A wired browser, I assume. Do you have another browser you can try?

Just to confirm, this was the reset you mean?
How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
I ask because some people have confused reboot with reset. They aren't the same.
You may want to keep the reset button pressed for a bit longer, until you can see the LEDs on the thing going through their flashing lights sequence.
