RAX50 Cannot open port
I followed the procedure for opening ports but the port is still not open. The port is for an ip camera. Open ports tool shows the port is still closed. Why is the procedure for oening ports overly complicated? It says stays open 450 minutes after last activity - what about the first activity?

Re: RAX50 Cannot open port
Something to contact the camera Mfr about and see if they can help regarding there product.
Be sure there isn't a router at the ISP modem/ONT or you'll be in a double NAT condition:

Which IP camera is that?
Yes, it helps to ask the makers about their product, but there may be previous messages here from people who have tried to set one up before. They may even have solved it.
Try a search of this place for their camera.

Re: RAX50 Cannot open port
Why ask camera maker when the router cannot open the port?
