Re: rax80 Firmware Version 1.0.3.98
Not enough to go on.
What are you doing and where does it go wrong?
You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
That is there for a good reason.

Most of the useful details that anyone needs to diagnose what is happening.
can not login web interface.
What is this web interface?
How are you trying to login?
Which login address?
What messages do you see when you try?
The app is ok,
What is this app? There is more than one.
You get my drift?

No idea who that might be.
You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.
Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.
But they can't work on the basis of guesswork.
If you want "official" support then you should go through the right channels.

Re: rax80 Firmware Version 1.0.3.98
1.0.3.98 caused my RAX80 to be unreachable as well. Still would route, but could not access the web (by ip or name) or via app, even after a full hard reset. Couldn't downgrade if I can't get a login screen.
Netgear replaced it under warranty - leaving my firmware at 1.0.2.76, which is buggy and drops packets but...
88 broke Home Kit
98 broke Time and admin interface.

Better, I still believe there is an http issue where certain media/video refuse to load on social media the first time, but I haven't sat down and tried to figure it out. Usually, if you refresh it will load the second time. Not seeing packet loss on direct speed tests.
I am running speeds 850mb-900mb up and down on a 940mb fiber connection from CL. No modem, running the RAX 80 direct to the NID.
