The SXR80 was released around April 2020, so yes - well within the five years limited warranty.
When you head to https://my.netgear.com/ after login, click on the SXR80 on the list of registered products, and you will find this:
Serial Number: 1234567890123
Registered on: yyyy-mm-dd
Purchased: yyyy-mm-dd
I would expect to see something like this where you can choose: [Request Hardware Support]
So if you are the first owner, have a proof of ownership, and have purchased from a NETGEAR authorized reseller - this should be possible.
