SRX50 problem
Hi
The router is down after the firmware update attempt. The DC led is black. The power supply has been checked and is ok.

Correct 12V, 3.5A DC output power supply plugged?
No Power LED is unlikely coming from a failed firmware update. Could well be a hardware failure. Head to https://my.netgear.com/ - click your router (based on the serial number) and follow the (Request Hardware Support) process.

Have also an SXS50 at hand? Plug it to the same power supply as in use (with power LED black) and check if the satellite does power up on the same power supply. Try the SXS50 power supply for the SXR50, too. This should make it clear which device is broken.
