Orbi Secure Device Connection

I've been using my RBR50 and Satellite for several months and suddenly a couple devices stopped connecting to the secure side of the router. My Honeywell thermostat and Furbo (dog camera/treat launcher) lost connection and both will only connect to the open, guest wifi networks. I didn't change any settings on the devices or router. Both are 2,4GHz only. I have found no other devices are having issues.
Any ideas/help is appreciated.

Firmware is V2.7.1.60 and was just upgraded after the issue started. It did fix it.
I have engaged the Furbo support and the advised me to separate the 2.4 and 5GHz channels to connect directly to 2.4,
Thanks

Re: Orbi Secure Device Connection
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Was FW updated recently?
I would contact the Mfr of these devices for additional help and information regarding there products.
