unable to connect to orbi
I have a strange issue. I am to Wi-Fi connect to my orbi I can ping to it. but not able to connect to it via web or orbi app
When I try via web it states this site cannot be reached. there no antivirus or proxy or anything stop it
when try via app it states its offline
It not since I can connect to it via phone and computer
I even tried connecting it via cable from my laptop, the same issue site cannot be reached
not sure what going on I do not have support anymore it has expired can any help me .. I strongly prefer not to reset it

We've seen this a lot recently with the latest firmware update.
did you try a factory reset?
