I see that I can configure RADIUS on the s3300, but that only seems to be used for 802.1x. Is it possible to use RADIUS to authenticate users to the web based managment interface?

Yes, but unfortunatley it's limited to the admin account resp. a default group only. FMI: S3300 Smart Managed Pro Switch User Manual, p.249 ff. "Authentication List Configuration"

Ah, thanks for the pointer. I was hoping that we could configure it to accept a user other than "admin" but the doc page says it's admin only.

Exactly yes - that's why I said unfortunately. Would be nice to have personal logins in some larger organizations.
