Unable to access loader mode / GS105Ev2
Hi all,
I've got 2 x GS105Ev2 running V1.4.0.9. Both devies hang and become unreachable (switched traffic is not interrupted, but management/ping to the mgmt IP dies) when I click on "Enter Loader Mode". I've got a third GS105Ev2, which I was able to upgrade and clicking on "Enter Loader Mode" took me to the Firmware/TFTP screen. Has anyone come across this issue? Known one? Fix?
Thanks!

Re: Unable to access loader mode / GS105Ev2
Temporary disconnect from the production network, and connect locally to a computer. If using DHCP don't forget it will default to 192.168.0.239, so set the computer interfae accordingly. Drop the router cache just in case each time. Retry. I guess the GS105Ev5 will prompt for the loader mode again.

Both devices are confugured with static IPs. I'd tried pulling it out of production network. No replies on either the configured static IP nor the default switch IP address. If this was just one switch I'd be less surprised, but both of them...

Bugger ... factory reset any help?
Was the one on a dynamic IP config? Have updated many similar swiches over the years, but all were on DHCP.

Re: Unable to access loader mode / GS105Ev2
The upgrade worked on both devices after factory reset and leaving the default IP address on (I'd previously reset the devices, but re-configured them with production IPs).
Thank you!
