I'm trying to do VLAN routing on a ProSAFE XS728T. When I go into Routing, VLAN, VLAN Routing, and add VLAN and IP address, I loose connection, and becomes unresponsieve. All the ports on this switch is still on VLAN 1.
I tried the same thing on a ProSAFE XS716T, and it works.
I had Netgear tech remote in and look, and he was getting the same results.

According to this article, XS728T should be able to do VLAN routing.
The switch is still on the factory default 192.168.0.239. The firmware is up to date.
I tried to do this on another 728T with same results.

Figured out the solution. Not sure why this matters, but after changing the default 192.168.0.239 to static, I was able to add VLAN routing.
