Hi,
since 4-5 Firmware versions the four hdds never sleep.
Config for sleeping is active and to the right time display says that hdds sleep but they dont.
And idea how to fix that problem.
Dont want to kill all config and data....
Also it would be nice when HDD sleeping time would be logged in logfile !

It is. Download the log zip and look in spindown.log

But is does not help, as long the hdds not really sleep when RN104 says they do....
How to kill/reset the config for spindown , but not for my mounted volumes and data ??

How do you know that?
Also, what disks are you using?
I use 4x Toshiba 2TB drives.
There was a time HDD slepp was OK ... Klack klack klack klack and they sleep..
But now they allways run... You can hear it.
How to reset that part or config ?
