Hi,
I have installed the FW 6.5.0 RC2.
My ReadyNAS was already registered with MyNetgear account for (new) ReadyCloud under the FW 6.4.2
After the updating, ReadyCloud was lost, and I have registered again my NAS for the ReadyCloud with the same MyNetgear account, but now the registering is fail and I receive an error message as "Account already in use by local account", see my screen capture.
My previous account is already migrated to the new ReadyCloud.

Hi,
My "MyNetgear" account for the ReadyCloud is working now with the FW 6.5.
I don't why, but something was refreshed some hours after the FW 6.5 update: Browser tempory files, Admin session ?
The ReadyCloud works fine now.

Re: ReadyNASOS 6.5.0 (RC2) issue after installation
ReadyNAS OS 6.4.2 with ReadyCLOUD doesn't use the SSO accounts, however you are correct SSO is used for the support portal so many users will already have SSO accounts.
On 6.5.0 beta you have to use the beta portal to use ReadyCLOUD and the beta apps.
There was specific advice provided in the beta Release Notes for the steps to follow if you are using ReadyCLOUD.
Do your local accounts have the same usernames as the SSO accounts (or old ReadyCLOUD accounts).

Re: ReadyNASOS 6.5.0 (RC2) issue after installation
Hi,
In the meantime, I have closed my IE 11, and log again as admin, the "Cloud" page has been renewed or refreshed...
I have now more features than my previous screens capture after the updating.
Suggestion: maybe, we need to disable all previous "Cloud" / "Remote" service before the FW 6.5 updating and delete all "cloud account" ?
A browser tempory buffer issue?
I will try now if my new "MyNetgear" account is available now after this page refreshing.
I send you a feedback in few minutes
Here my new "CLoud" page after the page refresh:

Re: ReadyNASOS 6.5.0 (RC2) issue after installation
The newer ReadyCLOUD RC builds disable ReadyCLOUD and issue an unjoin when upgrading from 6.4 due to some problems people were having when they were not following the instructions that said to leave ReadyCLOUD on your device before upgrading. This is only on RC and will not be in the full release. You could recieve an error when you have local users with the same e-mail as a MyNETGEAR e-mail, because your MyNETGEAR/ReadyCLOUD owner is a user, too.

Are you still running the RC? If so, you should not be. If you are running the production release you should be posting in a new thread not in a thread about beta firmware.

Re: ReadyNASOS 6.5.0 (RC2) issue after installation
No, I have updated yesterday my ReadyNAS with the Official FW 6.5 from the admin WebUI.
For me this issue should be close.
