Jumpers usage on ultra6 motherboard ?

Does anyone know jumpers usage on ultra6 motherboard (model RNDU6000 motherboard FLAME6-2 V1.1) ?
5 jumpers called J3 close to fan1 connector (1 to 10 open) .... jumpers or connector ?
4 jumpers called J5 close to fan2 & fan3 connectors (1-2, 3-4, 5-6 jumped, 7-8 open)
1 jumper called JP1 close to the cpu (1-2 jumped, 3 open) ... bios reset ?

some tests later .... J5 jumpers define the internal USB boot drive.
no idea for J3 and JP1 ...

Hmmmm what do you mean by "define the internal USB boot drive"?

It's the internal ssd with firmware inside. It's the first boot drive into bios.
Without the jumpers, the BIOS doesn't detect this internal ssd.

JP1 looks like CMOS reset, its connected to the CMOS battery.
J5 has LAN Link/Act, USB power (the internal 128MB flash is a USB device), and what looks like a Reset trigger.
J3 may be an unused audio header.

If J5 is removed, will the system try booting directly from the disks instead? That would be an alternative to modifying the boot order, while keeping compatibility with old firmware (easy factory reset back to raidiator).

Is this jumper present on more models, or is it just the 6-disk series?

If what chirpa posted is accurate the J5 controls more than just the internal flash. If you want to change the boot order on the Ultra 6 changing the boot order in the BIOS would be a good way to go.

On models where the boot order is locked down, chainloading would be the way to go.
