ReadyNASOS 6.5.0-T322 (Beta 1): Ethernet LED always on when chassis is turned off

The ethernet LED remains lit (amber) after the NAS is shut down. (I tested this on my RN102).

Some users will find this confusing.  Also, if the NAS is located in a bedroom, they will likely prefer all LEDs to be off when the NAS is powered down (manually or on schedule).

Might be an ARM specific. All LEDs are off when my RN312 is shut down.
